The UNSW Politics Society is now accepting submissions for the inaugural issue of the UNSW Politics Journal. We are looking to showcase exceptional essays that offer thoughtful perspectives in the field of politics and international relations.
If you are currently an undergraduate student who is interested in being published, the Journal provides an opportunity for the official recognition of your outstanding written work.
We strongly encourage applicants to submit essays completed during an undergraduate unit of study that have achieved a high distinction result. Original submissions in a chosen area of interest within the politics and international relations discipline are also welcomed. Please refer to the criteria below for more information.
Fonts and Referencing
Written in size 12 Times New Roman or Arial font with 1.5 spacing; With consistent and correct use of Harvard referencing (for more information, see: https://www.student.unsw.edu.au/harvard-referencing).
2000 Words
Offer original, thought-provoking insights that contribute to and/or challenge understandings of an issue in the field. Along With an appropriate selection of sources and a relevant and enticing title.
Eligibility
Written by students currently enrolled at The University of New South Wales; Either written during the completion of a politics and international relations course which have received a grade of 80 or above; or original submissions written in a chosen area of interest within the politics and international relations discipline.
